I'm a busy mom, wife, entrepreneur and recovering phone addict. A few years ago, I was completely controlled by my phone. Scrolling for hours without realizing it. Checking notifications constantly. Always reaching for my phone. Distracted. And missing moments in my present life because I was always on my phone.
I had no idea how bad it was until I learned about digital wellness. I knew something had to change. But every time I tried deleting apps, trying to use my phone less, attempting to get organized, nothing stuck. I’d fall back into the same old habits.
That's when I realized I needed a system.
